The function shows a chart of your training broken down
by week and training type. It
displays the hours of each training type inside the corresponding color.
So for
example in week 29 below, there where 9 hours of Zone1 and 2.2 hrs of
strength training done. You
can click this function at any time to chart the current year or you can
also select a different year from your list of years and choose this function
to chart the desired season. Extra
Log Values can also be displayed
on the Year Chart as lines showing the Average or Total value for each
week.
