iLog Demo

The demo shows what each of the functions and charts do. It is not a live, full-functioning account but click around and explore all the different parts of an iLog account to see what it is like. For a detailed overview of the system see the Online Help section.

iLog Coaches Account
An iLog Coaches Account allows you to view athlete logs and provide feedback on daily training. At the top you will have a list of all athletes who have given you permission on their accounts. The comments box is split in two so that you can provide coaches comments on any log.
Demo Coaches Account

iLog Athlete Account
An iLog Athlete Account allows you to record your daily training. You can chart, download and print your daily, weekly and yearly training. Logs are automatically visible to those coaches you have given permission to.
